[SWANcom] Phone system down at SWAN /RAILS headquarters

Everyone - SWAN and RAILS have been experiencing problems with outbound phone calls this morning. Recently, the problem has expanded to include no phone service inbound or outbound. Our service provider/carrier has not projected a time for a resolution to our problem.
