SWAN and RAILS have been experiencing problems with outbound phone calls this morning.  Recently, the problem has expanded to include no phone service inbound or outbound.   Our service provider/carrier has not projected a time for a resolution to our problem.   In the interim, please communicate with us via the ticket system (help@swanlibraries.net ).
