[SWANcom] *Update* Possible Record Indexing Issue on 1/20

SWAN Member Library Staff: Last night’s overnight processing did not appear to fully resolve the indexing errors that were reported on Saturday. We will be running a report beginning this evening, which should clear up these indexing errors. Please note that, while the affected titles are not searchable within WorkFlows, they are searchable within Enterprise. Holds may also be placed on these items in Enterprise and the items will still circulate normally. Thank you for your patience. These records are available for holds in Enterprise, and can still be checked out, but seem to be unsearchable in WorkFlows. While the scope of this issue is limited, one popular title impacted was Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House. This title is now available, following a correction by SirsiDynix support, but please let us know if you encounter any other records that seem to be experiencing this issue by emailing help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>. We hope for all affected records to be corrected with the next overnight processing and will investigate reported records tomorrow morning.
