SWAN Member Library Staff: We're seeing one of the overnight maintenance reports last night completed unsuccessfully, which has led to "Keys not indexed" and "Heading not found" errors while searching items in WorkFlows this morning. We've already reached out to SirsiDynix support for assistance in the investigation and resolution of the issue. We believe items in Enterprise should be unaffected. We'll send additional information via SWANcom as soon as it becomes available. New Libraries Membership Vote Passes Quorum to Approve 19 Libraries Joining SWAN

SWAN Member Libraries, We are pleased to announce that our current online vote regarding new libraries seeking SWAN membership has met the quorum of 52 libraries needed for this vote to be approved. Online voting will continue to be live through the end of Tuesday, January 31, 2017, and we encourage the entire membership to complete the vote and represent their library's interests. Voting Now Live Regarding New Libraries Seeking SWAN Membership

From the SWAN Support Website: SWAN Member Libraries, Voting for the new libraries seeking SWAN membership opens today. The election will run January 1-31, 2017. Online voting will begin for the membership to approve or reject the proposed 19 libraries from LINC and MAGIC that wish to join SWAN. You can review all past materials and communications around this project here: https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/new-libraries-seeking-swan-member… [1]. Each SWAN member library director has one vote to cast for the group of 19 libraries. Voting will be live through 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. We've scheduled the upgrade with SirsiDynix for tomorrow morning (December 20th) at 7AM. This upgrade will require a brief interruption of Web Services. We are not anticipating the installation exceeding two hours. During the downtime, the services below will be impacted... - All Symphony Web Services/Enterprise OPAC functions * Enterprise My Account functions (including payments) * Enterprise material availability * BookMyne * MobileCirc (will only work in Offline Mode) * EDS & ERC Please note that Symphony WorkFlows and SIP2 will not be affected by this outage.
