Unfortunately, we have reports that checkout history is not displaying, or not fully
displaying, for some patrons. If you are not seeing your checkout history, please open a
ticket and share the account barcode - that will help us in our testing. We're
working with Bywater support to continue to investigate this issue, and we will continue
to provide updates as we have more information in our known issue:
