[SWANcom] Bib Record Locked for Text Update Error

SWAN Member Library Staff: This morning, we're investigating an issue with WorkFlows that is producing the error, "Bib Record Locked for Text Update". This appears to be related to a maintenance report that is running over the allotted nightly schedule. We hope to have this resolved shortly and will submit a SWANcom as soon as more information is available.
