Known issues in Enterprise

Good morning member libraries, The On-Order section is not displaying in the item detail display in Enterprise. In addition, the Holdings section is not displaying in the item detail display for serials. These are known issues with the latest release of Enterprise. We're working with SirsiDynix to either roll back to a previous version or install a patch. SWAN Staffing Announcement: Electronic Resources Consultant

SWAN Libraries, As promised within our staffing plan as part of the SWAN budget plan for fiscal year 2019, I have an exciting announcement for you. Joining SWAN in our brand new Electronic Resources Consultant position is Robin Hofstetter. Robin will report to Tara Wood on the User Experience team. Robin Hofstetter has joined us in a limited part-time capacity starting on August 1st, and then will switch to full time beginning on Monday, August 27th. Moving forward, Robin will ensure your library's online subscription databases, e-books, and streaming are under careful management and consideration within SWAN's current platform of Enterprise, eResource Central, EBSCO Discovery Service, Article Search, and OpenAthens. Robin is the current e-Resources and Metadata Librarian for University of Illinois at Chicago, where she also is an Assistant Professor. She is incredibly passionate and talented with managing online tools, databases, and resources, as well as cataloging and authority control. She has also served as Head of Technology and Collections for Roosevelt University, and has public library experience in serials, acquisitions, cataloging, and technology at the Public Library of Cincinnati. She has her MLIS degree from Kent State University. We are thrilled that we are able to add her to our team in this very important new role and very much look forward to what creative and innovative ideas she'll be bringing to our SWAN User Experience team!
