This evening, Bywater staff will restore checkout histories from a backup and merge with recent checkouts. We are hopeful that tomorrow this issue is resolved. You can follow our updates in our known issue on the SWAN support site.

Unfortunately, we have reports that checkout history is not displaying, or not fully displaying, for some patrons. If you are not seeing your checkout history, please open a ticket and share the account barcode - that will help us in our testing. We have reports of missing checkout history lists in patron accounts on Aspen and LiDA. We have been able to duplicate the issue and have opened a ticket with ByWater. We will update the known issue<https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/94796> on our support site as we have more information.

As of yesterday, February 3, NCOA processing on patron records is complete. All updated addresses and geolocation data have been uploaded. Updating patron address information will once again trigger an update to the patron's Last Activity Date, a function that we disabled during this update.

Subject: National Change of Address Processing
SWAN Member Library Staff:
We have received the address change data from Unique and will be updating patron records starting today. The number of patron records sent for processing was 917,567. Of those, 31,349 were returned with address changes for a change rate of 3.4%.
In preparation, today we have temporarily disabled the Symphony function to update Last Activity Date when a patron's address information is changed. Once processing begins over the next couple of days, manual address changes may be overridden by this update.
