Did you know that there are over 200 BCA reports for you to subscribe to? Don't know how to subscribe to a report, no problem! Visit the SWAN website (remember to login) and look at this simple tutorial<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/bluecloud> on how to subscribe to reports. Just look for the document named How to Subscribe to a Report under the BLUECloud Analytics heading. We also have a few new reports to share with everyone. First two in the SWAN Reports>Items folder Title: List Titles Where Your Library Owns the Last Copy Summary: Provides a list of catalog records where your library owns the last item attached. Title: List Titles With One System Copy That is MISSING, DISCARD, or MISSTRNSIT Summary: Provides a list of catalog records where your library owns the last item attached, and that item has a current location of MISSING, DISCARD, or MISSTRNSIT. Last one in the SWAN Reports>Holds folder Title: List Titles With Holds and Only One System Copy That is MISSING, DISCARD, or MISSTRNSIT Summary: Provides a list of catalog records with holds where your library owns the last item attached, and that item has a current location of MISSING, DISCARD, or MISSTRNSIT. For those libraries that use Symphony Acquisitions, the Review All Funds wizard is now available for CIRCSR logins and REFILL logins. This wizard provides view-only access to fund information, including how many materials have been ordered, received, paid, or invoiced. This wizard also allows access to two Helpers that provide financial and performance fund data reports. This may help selectors manage their own funds as needed without having to use a TECH login. When logged in as CIRCSR or REFILL, please find this wizard in the Circulation module within the Special Wizards Group. OZS closed 12/13 & 12/14

SWAN Libraries- Oak Park's Maze Branch will be closing for two days on Wednesday, December 13th and Thursday, December 14th for a ceiling panel refit. OZS is closed on Fridays, so they plan to reopen on Saturday, December 16th.
