SWANtech July 24th, 10am - Webinar / Phone Conference

SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff: With the hopes to encourage participation at our SWANtech meeting next week, we've decided to eliminate the travel time! The upcoming SWANtech meeting on Thursday, July 24th will be hosted exclusively as an online Fuze webinar and conference call, instead of on-location at Burr Ridge. Attendees of our SWANtech webinar will still have every opportunity to participate in the discussion, and the web aspect of the conference will serve to provide our presentation slides. The best part is, you can conference-in from anywhere with a computer, internet connection, and headset or phone! William Leonard Library PLD (Robbins)

+++ Please route to appropriate personnel +++ Everyone- As you may be aware, William Leonard PLD, has temporarily closed its doors due to lack of funds. We have made their collection not holdable by other SWAN patrons. In addition, William Leonard patrons are blocked from placing holds online. Unfortunately, we have no additional information for you other than they hope to re-open the library as soon as they receive their funds from the State (around September). Sorry, but I have no directive from William Leonard regarding patron whose cards expire in the interim. If you should have any questions, don't hesitate to call me.
