Planned SWAN Network Outage on Dec 2 at 10:15pm **Completed Successfully**

SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff: The ICN upgrade and network outage have concluded successfully. We experienced a total downtime of less than 20 seconds. Please be sure to check your 3rd party hardware and services in the morning to ensure that this brief outage did not cause a loss of connectivity to the ILS. We expect that the outage should last no longer than a few minutes, but this may be long enough to disrupt connectivity to your SIP2 connected devices and other 3rd party services. Additionally, the SWAN catalog and Millennium clients will be unavailable briefly during the outage. Please plan accordingly for this outage and be sure to check your 3rd party services and hardware the following morning.
