We just wanted to send a quick email to let you know that our board packet next week will likely be a little later than we typically get it out to you. We had an all-day meeting at Morris Public Library today (RAILS Consortia Retreat), and Monday/Tuesday will also be quite busy for Aaron and me with our SWAN holiday party and some Network Admin interviews. We will have the packet out to you no later than Wednesday AM, but hopefully much earlier.

Hi SWAN Board,
Attached is our proposed calendar of board events for 2016. For those of you unfamiliar with this document, this is what I'll be using to keep us on track with our agenda topics each month and with Aaron's and my administrative tasks (budget, audit, etc.). I've also converted the topics for COWs to SWANcoms, and noted the potential budget meeting that may need to be held in February. Anything else that I'm forgetting?

This year's meeting will primarily be one of update and info rather than changes. We have a Strategic Plan update document included, summarizing the progress made on our 3 year plan that is ending. We can also then begin to discuss our new plan.
