Included in this packet are SWAN's answers to questions proposed by the membership at the last Committee of the Whole meeting (whitepaper recommendations), after Aaron's report (Exhibits B16-B18). We hope to not go past lunchtime, but will provide lunch if we do.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: The parking lot at Burr Ridge is being resurfaced. For the morning of the board meeting, please park in the lot next door (the building directly before us on the left is allowing us to use their lot - the one that sits right next to our lot). Attached is the rough rough draft of the comments from today's Whitepaper talk. I will continue to work on the entire minutes throughout the week and hope to have that in the packet for your for approval at next week's Board Meeting. Please note that there were just a few people that did not identify themselves (someone named Andy, a Kim, and a Homewood staff member hiding behind the pole) so if you know the names and/or libraries that they were from, please share! The sign in sheet either does not list them, or is illegible for these folks. And finally, if you have any suggestions of edits or more info to include, please email that to me privately so that I may include it in the final minutes draft.

Hi all,
After talking with Kate and Aaron, we'd really like to have a grill out day with the SWAN board and ALL of the SWAN staff. However, next Friday the parking lot here is going to be repaved - will be expected to be very stinky, and parking will be at a minimum (available in the lot next door). Therefore, we have decided to cancel the post-board meeting lunch and reschedule it for most likely the September board meeting. That way we are also hoping that everyone will be able to attend, since I know that a few of you will not be able to in July. Let me know if there are any questions; I apologize for the inconvenience!
