Resignation

SWAN Board, Attached you will find my letter of resignation. I did not want to spring this on any of you (tried to reach you on the phone) and I wanted to be present at the special meeting for this but am unable to because I will still be at ALA. I felt it was necessary to give before the special board meeting because the board will be starting to make decisions at that meeting. The letter explains my reasons for resigning. I am not going anywhere and you will still have a huge supporter and ambassador. I will be at the next Committee of the Whole meeting. Hello all, The SWAN team really enjoyed sitting in on the board meeting today, and would like to get to know you all better! We were curious if everyone would be available to stick around after a board meeting to join us all for lunch out here one day. Perhaps after the 7/18 meeting? I know David would not be able to make the 7/15 meeting. Does anyone else have any conflicts or preferences?
