July Swan Board Meeting

Hi All, Two board members will not be at the July 21st meeting. I am writing to see if you are available to meet on Friday, July 28th instead? Both Aaron and Brande can meet that day. I looked at the bylaws and this is what they state, ""meetings may be canceled or rescheduled by agreement of the board members and Members shall be notified at least two (2) days in advance by electronic communication." So if you can make the 28th and are in agreement, we will change the meeting date. Please write me back by the end of this week to confirm if you can meet on the 28th. Thanks, Rich Richard A. Hello again, Attached are two supplemental documents for your review, and for discussion as a group on Friday. 1. Kate Boyle's notes from her meeting 6/19/17 with RAILS regarding the ongoing delivery issues. 2. The Bylaws Committee's updated redline document. Tiffany and Stacy will walk you through this document at the meeting. We made many updates to bylaws to reflect all of the feedback received, and there are a few areas of content that would need to be discussed/determined as a group as well. Additional supplemental material that will be sent via email separately include the redlined bylaws document, and notes on Kate's discussion with RAILS regarding delivery issues. We have a lot of content to cover at this Friday's meeting - the bylaws review and discussion, Aaron's review results, our updated Circ Policy, and updates on delivery and fees. We are still hoping to be extra efficient and get out by lunchtime, but if that changes I can always order us some food delivered in. See you all on Friday!
