Attached is the Executive Director evaluation form for Aaron's yearly review. As noted at today's board meeting, this form should be filled out electronically and emailed back to Rich and Pierre no later than Friday, October 31st.
This will be compiled by the leadership and delivered during the November SWAN Board meeting.
