SWAN Board: Attached is the SirsiDynix quotation I received this evening from our sales rep Jeff Myers. The board packet contains the quotation at the 40% discount, and the requested changes from our legal counsel Kathie Henn from Klein Thorpe. Basically, I got everything I asked for: the 40% RAILS discount, a two-year term (instead of three years), and a complete termination with refund if the service is not complete and operating by March 31, 2016. I am providing this for those that wish to review it electronically. I will have printed copies for the meeting.
