SWAN Board Members:
The negotiations on a final lease ran all the way until the last minute. We now have a lease negotiated and ready for SWAN Board approval.
Should the SWAN Board require some changes to the lease, our attorney Roger Ritzman has suggested a possible resolution for the SWAN Board:
"RESOLVED, I move we authorize our Board President, with input from our Executive Director, to execute the Lease Agreement for 800 Quail Ridge Drive when the Lease Agreement is in a form acceptable to our Board President."
As a reminder: David Seleb will not be in attendance tomorrow.

If the lease is not yet finalized by Friday, we can table this action and make it a discussion instead.

Hello SWAN Board:
As we discussed in previous board meetings, in order to prepare for our revised FY17 budget presentation at the September Quarterly meeting it will be best if we hold an August Committee of the Whole meeting to begin to present the information to the membership and address any questions that they will have.
Following the plan for COW meetings being held the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 9:30am, we would be looking at Tuesday, August 9th for our meeting. I will have an Action Item to vote this date into place at our July board meeting, but for the time being please save the date to ensure that we have a quorum.
