I have reached out to all the candidates via email, and plan to make an announcement on Tuesday at the SWAN Fireside, and again at the Thursday Quarterly meeting.

One of the agenda items is the final pricing for the year-4 EBSCO renewal. I expanded the overview document to include the steps followed for creating the pricing chart. I have also detailed the final year-4 renewal cost in the Executive Director report, which has an explanation on why the final price from RAILS is lower than what we presented at the COW and Quarterly.

Hello SWAN Board reps-
There was some discussion at the board meeting last week in ILA committees. The interest form is available online for ranking your choices.

There was some discussion about Public Policy Committee, Advocacy Committee, and others. I do know that Public Policy Committee tends to be the most popular one, and I was attending those meetings remotely up through Diane Foote's retirement. You can rank your 3 committee choices on the form.
Several SWAN Board members have participated in ILA on some level prior, so feel free to share your thoughts!

I will be sending a calendar appointment update shortly for the meeting location to change from Bloomingdale to Thomas Ford Memorial Library.
One additional note: After Friday's meeting, Scott followed up on the bounced email statistic and there were some adjustments identified by IT & System Support Manager Ian Nosek. Those adjustments are being put into effect today so we hope to see those bounce numbers improve.
