I wanted everyone to get a head start as this board meeting agenda is full of a lot of fun and (hopefully) interesting information! I have provided a written overview of Find More Illinois along with the other resource sharing initiatives SWAN participates in. The FY20 budget draft is also included. I have a phone call with Curtis Chang tomorrow afternoon to discuss the strategic plan and tactical plan. If all goes well, I should have the draft ready for you by Wednesday.
