Hello SWAN Board reps- The meeting agenda and packet is now posted for you. We will meet at Midlothian Public Library at 9:30 a.m. on Friday. https://support.swanlibraries.net/meeting/92355 I will be sending out an Outlook calendar invite to all of you with the meeting and location. Tim has already let me know he will not be able to attend the meeting. I will end up sending out the calendar appointments for the other board meetings after there is a decision on which library will host meetings for the upcoming meetings. Typically, we have had 2 meetings in a row be hosted at a board member library, so if you know your availability, feel free to let us know on Friday. Tim's preference is to have his library Bloomingale host March and April 2024 meetings (or February and March). See the rest of you on Friday!
