We will review our auditor and actuary RFP results; an overview of pricing is included in the packet, and I've attached to the email the scoring system that we used to determine our auditor top choice as well. As a reminder, Aaron is at COSUGI through Wednesday of this week so if you have any questions about the packet, please CC me so I can be sure to get you a response. He will have limited access to emails/voicemails while he is away. After the Board Meeting wraps up we will begin our Strategic Planning Committee Meeting (Jamie, Ted and Julie), which I've also posted the agenda for: https://support.swanlibraries.net/sites/default/files/meeting/2018-04-20/ag… This is our initial discussion of the RFP results. We received 12 responses to our RFP. Depending upon what time the Board Meeting wraps up, we can determine if we will all break for lunch, or if we need to order in for lunch delivery.
