We are electing officers at this meeting. Typically around this time of the year we transfer some funds from the SWAN savings to the operating account, which I have included as a recommendation in my written report and have a resolution to complete this as an action item. Lastly, we have a tentative August meeting date for the board which I have left as an action item for you to decide to hold or not. I recommended we do not hold the August meeting in my ED report but I am open to discussion and a final decision on Friday (SWAN is using August as a month to not hold user group meetings either).
