The only day coming up that the committee could meet to complete scoring is next Friday, January 17th, which of course is the day of the SWAN Board meeting. Melissa was in attendance at today’s ILS meeting, and after group discussion it was decided that it would be best for the committee to reach a consensus on scoring so that they could come to you with a recommendation before the negotiation takes place, currently scheduled for February 10th and 11th. Therefore, it is necessary to cancel next Friday’s Board meeting and reschedule a special Board meeting for later, but hold it prior to the negotiations. The week of February 3rd would be optimal.
