[SWANboard] Memo to SWAN Board on Contract Negotiations, 2/26 Agenda Posted

SWAN Board Members: The memo that was distributed Friday is attached for your reference. Melissa and I had a good conversation on Friday with SirsiDynix after the board meeting. We are finalizing the second version of the agreement and will include some of the Schedule 1 Options into the Quote section of the agreement. I have a phone call today to discuss the migration project timeline with SirsiDynix. Since we have never hosted in the evening before, I am not sure if we have left enough time for you all to be fed and energized.
