SWAN Board Members:

The memo that was distributed Friday is attached for your reference.  Melissa and I had a good conversation on Friday with SirsiDynix after the board meeting. We are finalizing the second version of the agreement and will include some of the Schedule 1 Options into the Quote section of the agreement. I have a phone call today to discuss the migration project timeline with SirsiDynix.

The SWAN By-Laws document with red-lined revisions were emailed out on Friday by Brande.

Since we have never hosted in the evening before, I am not sure if we have left enough time for you all to be fed and energized. We could order some snacks or pizza if that sounds agreeable to everyone.
