SWAN Board Members: A moment ago I have added Kristina Howard preliminarily to the SWAN Board email list. Only Brande and I can release an email held in moderation. This is more or less to ensure SWAN is following OMA properly and to avoid electronic conversations beyond a length that would violate OMA.
