SWAN Board Members:

A moment ago I have added Kristina Howard preliminarily to the SWAN Board email list. As a reminder if you email swanboard@list.swanlibraries.net this email will go to our distribution list, but will be held for moderation. Only Brande and I can release an email held in moderation. This is more or less to ensure SWAN is following OMA properly and to avoid electronic conversations beyond a length that would violate OMA. That being said, if you would like to email Kristina directly, her address is khoward3073@prairiestate.edu . Kristina will attend the Friday meeting.

The SWAN Board packet was updated starting on PDF page 14, which is Exhibit C4 of my Executive Director report. I wanted to make sure the section on membership email forums was updated to reflect some of what I learned about the CCS Illinois consortium’s use of these email lists.

So if you printed out the packet already, you can replace PDF pages 14 – 21 with updated pages, which would be Exhibits C4 through C11.
