This memo will correct some information that I provided you back in November. I needed to confer with our legal counsel to ensure I did not improperly inform you again, which delayed the clarification. I apologize if this memo is too close to our upcoming SWAN budget approval. I reached out to the presidents of your respective groups-- Dawn Bussey and Yvonne Bergendorf-on Friday last week.
