Library Directors for New 19,

I have been asked by the SWAN Board to provide you all a memo which outlined how your participation within SWAN is defined by the SWAN Bylaws. This memo will correct some information that I provided you back in November. I needed to confer with our legal counsel to ensure I did not improperly inform you again, which delayed the clarification. I apologize if this memo is too close to our upcoming SWAN budget approval.

I reached out to the presidents of your respective groups-- Dawn Bussey and Yvonne Bergendorf—on Friday last week. Out of respect for your LINC and MAGIC governance and OMA, I have BCC’d you all but left Dawn and Yvonne on the “To” for this email.
