In advance of our discussion next Friday, you may find this helpful. As we discussed, the Friday closed session will be an opportunity to pool our thoughts on Aaron's evaluation and work on creating a final document that is clear and meaningful. The evaluation form hasn't changed from last year and will be included in the packet that Aaron sends out in case anyone needs a copy. Also included in this document is a salary history and pay grade for your reference as we consider any salary increase this year. Let me know if you have any questions and have a great weekend. SWAN Board, The Friday, March 15th regular board meeting packet is now available to you: https://support.swanlibraries.net/sites/default/files/meeting/19_03_15/6635… This is a relatively light agenda. There is an agenda item to arrange a Personnel Committee meeting, and I included an exhibit shows the SWAN Board committee assignments since I had to refer to that to remember that Julie and Doug are on that committee. Let me know if you have any questions!
