Per the feedback from our meeting last Friday, I would like to announce and hold an online Committee of the Whole meeting on Wednesday 4/20 10am - 12 pm.
I am working on an agenda and will coordinate this with Ted. Please let us know if you have any issues with that date and time. Otherwise we will simply see you at the COW!

My recommendation on the SirsiDynix agreement is included in the packet. I see this written recommendation as a communication tool to the membership at some point, likely in a condensed form. I am still waiting for the final contract to be sent to me back from their legal team. Once I have it I will likely send it out to you all separately as it is not ready for the packet.
This meeting will be held solely online using GoToMeeting. No SWAN staff will be at the SWAN headquarters. The link to this is posted on the agenda. I believe you all were able to connect last meeting but in case you are connecting from a new or different device, please try out the meeting ahead of time using this *installer* URL:
