My recommendation on the SirsiDynix agreement is included in the packet. I see this written recommendation as a communication tool to the membership at some point, likely in a condensed form. I am still waiting for the final contract to be sent to me back from their legal team. Once I have it I will likely send it out to you all separately as it is not ready for the packet. This meeting will be held solely online using GoToMeeting. No SWAN staff will be at the SWAN headquarters. The link to this is posted on the agenda.
