[SWANboard] Hold Pick Up

All, I wanted to clarify what our hold slips look like, and they do in fact have the first four letters of the last name and the last five numbers of the library card, together with the pick-up date. I had just never noticed the library card numbers before because there is never another Jenkins on the shelf! Jane Jenkins, Library Director 10331 S.
