[SWANboard] Clarity Task Force Report to SWAN Board

Hi SWAN Board, As promised, the written report from the Clarity Task Force is available to you all for discussion on Friday. The attached PDF is the version for the SWAN Board, which we expect may undergo some changes after your feedback. We can share the final version with the membership in advance of the December 5th Quarterly meeting (or include in the packet). Ang Romano from Oak Lawn and Kerry Halter from Batavia will be at the meeting, on Friday along with Dawne who chaired the task force. I have arranged a December 2nd meeting with Clarity to prepare for the Quarterly presentation on December 5th.
