[SWANboard] SWAN Board 12/21/18 Regular Meeting Agenda and Packet Posted

I have included the version of the strategic plan that was in the December Quarterly meeting packet, as the full SWAN Board has not had an opportunity to discuss the revision. I will be meeting with the SWAN Management Team tomorrow to continue work on the tactical plan of the strategic plan. If before Friday I have anything to share, it will be sent separately from the packet.
