Hi all,
You will find Aaron's 2019 self evaluation attached to this email. In advance of our
discussion next Friday, you may find this helpful.
As we discussed, the Friday closed session will be an opportunity to pool our thoughts on
Aaron's evaluation and work on creating a final document that is clear and
meaningful. The evaluation form hasn't changed from last year and will be included in
the packet that Aaron sends out in case anyone needs a copy.
Also included in this document is a salary history and pay grade for your reference as we
consider any salary increase this year.
