[SWANboard] ICV Partners Acquires SirsiDynix

SWAN Board, The ownership of SirsiDynix has changed. Prior to today, SirsiDynix was owned by Vista Equity Partners. http://www.sirsidynix.com/blog/2015/01/07/icv-partners-acquires-sirsidynix I have no opinion on this yet, other than with new ownership, it is possible that the CEO could change. This happened with Innovative, and even more extensively where all of the III "C level" positions (CEO, CIO, CTO, etc.) changed as well.
