[SWANboard] SWAN Board Quorum

SWAN Board, Stacy Wittmann will not be able to attend the meeting tomorrow at 1:30pm. This means that in order for the meeting to take place we need a quorum of the four board representatives. I confirmed with Doug Losey he will attend. I wanted to alert the remaining board members in case you had noted that Doug he originally indicated in the meeting poll he would not be available. In the event that one of you *cannot* attend, please reply-all to this email. Otherwise I will assume we are all set for the meeting in Burr Ridge. Carol Dawe from LINC will be in attendance. Julie Milovac from Downers was interested in the meeting, so she might attend as an additional guest.
