[SWANboard] SWAN Board meeting 10/17/25 agenda & packet

Hello SWAN Board Members- The agenda and packet for Friday's meeting is now available. This meeting will include a presentation by Tara Wood and Olivia Montolin about the Palace Project. We have also included a discussion on delayed membership fee payments, which I have described in my Executive Director report. The document in the packet is a procedure SWAN established if payments of membership dues is delayed, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of those steps. I will be at the ILA conference Tuesday and Wednesday this week, so I hope to see some of you there!
