Hi all,
I wanted to add that there will be no closed session tomorrow. First and
foremost because there is nothing new and substantive to discuss in the
proposed closed session. Also, I am extremely uncomfortable with the idea
of a virtual closed session. We cannot ensure the integrity of a
"conference call closed session." If you'd like an update, shoot me an
email.

Here are some recommendations on the online meeting technology. The
biggest issue with online meetings is echoing feedback. Normally SWAN mutes
all participants and utilizes chat and will unmute individuals. I do not
believe OMA permits that sort of arrangement—everyone must be unmuted.
*Online Recommendations*
- Mobile phone with a headset such as those with earbuds and a
microphone is best
- Computer/laptop with a headset through a USB or even a headphone
jack with a microphone is best
- Computer audio speakers will 100% cause feedback, which will require
us to mute you
I recommend you all test the link I sent below if you are going to use the
online version. Dawne will manage the online access during the meeting.
