Included for discussion this month are the final draft of the FY19 budget (post-COW feedback) along with the eRead analysis for discussion, a first look at our board election timetable for the year, and our Strategic Planning RFP document and supporting info. A bylaws review is also noted for discussion - this is just to start talking about whether or not we would like to review/revise the bylaws again this year. If so, we'd move to create a charge for a Committee in the coming months.
