[SWANboard] 2016 Board Events Calendar

Hi SWAN Board, Attached is our proposed calendar of board events for 2016. For those of you unfamiliar with this document, this is what I'll be using to keep us on track with our agenda topics each month and with Aaron's and my administrative tasks (budget, audit, etc.). I've also converted the topics for COWs to SWANcoms, and noted the potential budget meeting that may need to be held in February. Anything else that I'm forgetting? Thank you!
