[SWANboard] SWAN Board Meeting 6/28/19 Agenda and Packet Posted

Hi SWAN Board, The Friday, June 28th regular board meeting packet is now available to you: https://support.swanlibraries.net/sites/default/files/meeting/19_06_28/6636… This packet is 108 pages long, which is due to the SWAN Employee Handbook being included in its entirety and the FY21 RAILS LLSAP Support Grant application included as an information item. Please reach out to me if you have any questions! And a reminder from Ted Bodewes: Just a reminder that the next SWAN Board meeting will be held at Thomas Ford on Friday, June 28th at 9:30 am. Following our meeting, we'll be serving lunch at the library to celebrate our departing members and to welcome our new additions. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let me know. Lunch will most likely be sandwiches and salads but we can accommodate anyone's requests. The library parking lot is a block away from the building at the corner of Lawn and Chestnut behind the Grand Avenue Community Center. You can also park on the street but I would request that you leave the limited parking in front of the library available for our patrons. The front doors will be unlocked by 9:00 am. The library opens at 9:30. There will be a closed session near the end of our meeting during which time guests are welcome to take a tour of our newly renovated facility. My staff is always eager to show off their new departments! Lunch will follow shortly after.
