[SWANboard] SWAN FY18 Budget - Needs Update for New 19

SWAN Board, A quick note regarding the budget. After the SWAN Board meeting on Friday I had the sudden realization that all of the migration expenses for adding the new 19 libraries would occur within the FY18 budget. The RAILS grant revenue too would also be recorded in FY18. What I am finishing up is the FY18 budget but adding a column exclusively for the migration expenses and grant revenue. The expenses will offset with the revenue, but there is also the likelihood that the SirsiDynix maintenance will go up for the May and June months of 2018. I have requested SirsiDynix finalize quotations for me so I can post the updated budget with the quarterly packet. I came down with a bad cold over the weekend.
