to the meeting, however Sheila will be there if a quorum cannot be met. Can

Also, I have attached an agenda with assigned names for the meeting, so
consider this the “board version” of the agenda. Mark Hatch from RAILS
informed me that the delivery vendor CTS will have a representative at the
meeting tomorrow.
