[SWANboard] Executive Director Yearly Review

Hi SWAN Board, Next month, we'll have an Executive Session to deliver Aaron's yearly review results. We'll do it again this year as in years past. I've attached the form for your use. Please complete this and send to Rich and me by Thursday, June 7th end of business day; this will give me Friday to compile this data and provide a synopsis form for Rich to use.
