[SWANboard] SWAN User Experience Manager

SWAN Board, I am very excited to announce that we've officially hired a new User Experience (UX) Manager! Tara Wood will be joining us starting on Wednesday, November 15th. You may know Tara or have seen her around as a member of our DUX team and a big help during our ILS migration, or from her time with SWAN libraries Stickney-Forest View and Oak Park. Tara brings to us a very rich and unique combination of skills - experience as a head of Circ and Digital Services, most recently working as a Web Services librarian for Academics at UIC, but with a very strong focus and interest in User Experience and Design. She has worked on redesigning websites, conducting usability studies, wireframing, and improving online catalogs and web presence.
