SWAN Board Reps— Here are some recommendations on the online meeting technology. The biggest issue with online meetings is echoing feedback. Normally SWAN mutes all participants and utilizes chat and will unmute individuals. I do not believe OMA permits that sort of arrangement—everyone must be unmuted. Online Recommendations * Mobile phone with a headset such as those with earbuds and a microphone is best * Computer/laptop with a headset through a USB or even a headphone jack with a microphone is best * Computer audio speakers will 100% cause feedback, which will require us to mute you I recommend you all test the link I sent below if you are going to use the online version. Dawne will manage the online access during the meeting.
