[SWANboard] SWAN Board meeting 3/17/23 agenda and packet available

Hi SWAN Board reps- We have the agenda and packet ready for Friday's meeting at Thomas Ford Memorial Library. You can access the documents at the website link below on the SWAN Support site: https://support.swanlibraries.net/meeting/92351 One of the agenda items is the final pricing for the year-4 EBSCO renewal. I expanded the overview document to include the steps followed for creating the pricing chart. I have also detailed the final year-4 renewal cost in the Executive Director report, which has an explanation on why the final price from RAILS is lower than what we presented at the COW and Quarterly.
